We control the entire technology from end to end. Coupéo runs exclusively on servers dedicated to our group, which means that for each new service we launch, we don't need to buy new servers, and so our costs don't explode.
Also, the free version of Coupéo is software that allows online booking for your salon, ideal for accessing this technology. However, this version does not include options that increase our costs, for example, no sending of SMS to customers and no sending of emails either.
To be able to send SMS and emails, you have to go through third-party networks, and these networks have a cost.
To sum up, the free version of Coupéo relies exclusively on things that we control and that therefore ensure that our costs do not skyrocket.
Also, in its early versions, Coupéo did not have a free version; that was in 2022.
But since then, the technology has changed enormously and makes it possible, so why not do it?
No, our business model is not based on taking a commission.
Coupéo offers paid options, such as the most well-known and most requested, the "anti no-show" bank card hold.
If you want these features, then a small monthly subscription will be required, but even then, still no commission.
By using Coupéo, your customers enter their information when booking. This is your data, not ours; we simply host it for you.
